SIGN LETTER OF INTENT TO
COMMERCIALIZE NEW PRODUCTS UTILIZING PLUROGEN TECHNOLOGY
(Charlottesville, VA, December 27, 2007) – PluroGen Therapeutics, Inc. today announced a Letter of Intent with
Welcare Industries S.p.a. (Orvieto, Italy) to develop and commercialize new wound and skin cleansing products
based on PluroGen’s proprietary topical gel technology and for Welcare to distribute PluroGen products.
Commenting on the Letter of Intent, Neal G. Koller, President & CEO of PluroGen, said, “Establishing a
development and commercialization relationship with Welcare is very strategic and an important progress step
for PluroGen. Welcare is an established European leader in wound and skin cleansing products and technology.
This relationship will broaden our product offerings and facilitate PluroGen’s entry into the European market.”
