NEAL G. KOLLER NAMED PLUROGEN™
PRESIDENT AND CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
(Charlottesville, VA) – On behalf of the PluroGen™ Therapeutics, Inc., Board of Directors, Chairman George T.
Rodeheaver, PhD has announced that Neal G. Koller has been appointed President & Chief Executive Officer
and has been elected to the Board of Directors of PluroGen™ effective March 15, 2006.
In making the announcement, Rodeheaver stated, “I am extremely pleased that Neal Koller has accepted the
President & Chief Executive Officer position at PluroGen™. His track record as a highly successful global leader
in life sciences will insure that PluroGen™ meets its milestones and grows into the company envisioned by
the Board of Directors and our investors.” “I am honored and excited to have been selected to lead this
globally recognized team at PluroGen™ as President and CEO and look forward to building a strong company
by maximizing the potential of the Company’s very special technology platform to provide a continuous flow of
innovative therapies which improve patient care and outcome,” said Koller.
Mr. Koller comes to PluroGen™ with more than 20 years of experience in medical devices and
bio/pharmaceuticals. Most recently he was President of PDA. Prior to PDA Koller was a founder and
President of WelCare Group, Rome, Italy. Before WelCare, he was President and CEO of Dovetail
Technologies, Inc. CEO of Sound Diagnostics, Inc. and had a long, diverse and very successful affiliation at
the senior managerial level with Sherwood – Davis & Geck, subsidiary of Wyeth Pharmaceuticals. Koller holds
a B.S. in Biology from the University of Richmond.
