PLUROGEN THERAPEUTICS INC. SIGNS DISTRIBUTION AGREEMENT WITH
GWR Medical, INC. TO FOR THE CHRONIC WOUND AND MILITARY MARKETS
(Charlottesville, VA, 11 November 2008) – PluroGen Therapeutics, Inc. today announced the signing of a
Distribution Agreement with GWR Medical, Inc., for GWR Medical to distribute PluroGen’s’ branded burn,
wound care and OTC product lines to their network of hospitals, wound care clinics, doctors offices and
military facilities. PluroGen sales to GWR Medical are targeted to begin in Q1 2009, immediately on
PluroGen’s FDA regulatory approval.
