PLUROGEN THERAPEUTICS INC. SIGNS LETTER OF INTENTWITH PNG GEROLYMATOS SA TO
COMMERCIALIZE PLUROGEN PRODUCTS IN THE US AND EUROPE
(Charlottesville, VA, 27 June 2008) – PluroGen Therapeutics, Inc. today announced the signing of a Letter
of Intent with PNG Gerolymatos SA (Athens, Greece) for the companies to enter the US and European OTC
and cosmetic markets through development and commercialization of new products based on PluroGen’s
proprietary gel technology and for PNG Gerolymatos to distribute PluroGen branded products in several
countries.
Commenting on the Letter of Intent, Neal G. Koller, President & CEO of PluroGen, said, “PNG Gerolymatos
